How do I sign up for Sapience?
Click "Create my free account" on the home page, then fill out the sign-up form. Once registered, you can access the course catalog and your dashboard.
How do I join a live lesson?
From your dashboard, open “Online lessons”, then click “Join” for the scheduled lesson. The lesson opens directly in your browser, with nothing to download. Turn on your microphone and camera if your instructor asks you to.
Are live lessons recorded?
No, lessons are not recorded by the platform. However, your instructor may allow learners to record the lesson on their own device. Resources shared during the lesson remain available in your dashboard.
How do I submit an assignment?
From your dashboard, open "Assignments" and choose the assignment. Write your answer or attach a file, then submit it. Your instructor grades it, and you will find the grade and comments in your dashboard.
How do points and badges work?
You earn points by attending live lessons, getting good grades on your assignments, and completing your courses. They unlock badges and are visible under "Reward points" in your dashboard. Points cannot be exchanged for money or discounts.
How do I contact my instructor?
During a live lesson, ask your questions in the virtual classroom. Outside of lessons, use the messaging feature or the forum in your dashboard.
Can I follow my courses from my phone?
Yes, Sapience works on smartphones and tablets. You can join live lessons, submit your assignments, check your points, and track your progress from your mobile device.
How do I become an instructor on Sapience?
Go to the "Become an instructor" page and submit your application. Our team reviews your profile and gets in touch with you. Once accepted, you can create your courses, schedule live lessons, and track your learners from your instructor dashboard.
What is the refund policy?
For a paid course, you can request a refund within 7 days of enrolling, provided you have not attended any live lesson. For any request, contact us via the Contact page.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?". Enter your email address and you will receive a reset link. Follow the link to set a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.
