By using the Sapience platform, you accept these terms of use. Please read them carefully before signing up. Last updated: October 2026.

1. Use of the platform

Sapience is an online learning platform offering courses, live lessons with instructors, assignments, quizzes, and a points system, designed for learners residing in Tunisia.

By signing up on Sapience, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when you sign up.
  • Not share your login credentials with third parties.
  • Use the platform only for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
  • Not record, broadcast, or reproduce live lessons without the permission of the instructor or Sapience.
  • Respect your instructors and fellow learners during live sessions.

Sapience reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these rules, without notice or refund.

2. Live lessons, assignments, and points

Live lessons: Live lesson sessions are scheduled by instructors. They are not recorded by the platform; the instructor may allow learners to record them for their personal use.

Assignments: Assignments submitted on the platform remain the property of the learner. By submitting them, you authorize Sapience and the instructor to view, grade, and comment on them for educational purposes only.

Points: Points are credited automatically upon completing courses, attending live lessons, and submitting assignments. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. Sapience reserves the right to change the points allocation rules with 15 days' notice.

Intellectual property: All educational content (courses, materials, videos) made available on Sapience is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

3. Liability and disclaimers

Sapience strives to keep the platform available 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.

Sapience cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Refund policy: A refund may be requested within 7 days of enrolling in a course, provided that no live lesson has been attended. After this period, no refund will be granted. For any request, contact our support team via the Contact page.

Changes: Sapience reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified by email of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
